The software is not governed by this page
Tel-Agent, the software, is published under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. That licence — not this page — sets out what you may do with the software, and it grants you considerably more than any website terms would: to run it, study it, modify it and redistribute it, subject to its own conditions.
Where anything here appears to conflict with the AGPL in respect of the software, the AGPL prevails.
What this site is
An information site about a project that is being built in the open. It is documentation and description; it is not a product you can buy, subscribe to, or log into. There is no account, no order and no contract formed by reading it.
The project is pre-alpha
This matters enough to say plainly rather than bury. Tel-Agent is at an early milestone and there is no installable release. Nothing on this site is an offer, a promise of a delivery date, or a representation that any described capability exists today. The pages describe what the software is being built to do.
If you are evaluating this for a business decision, the honest reading is that it is not ready, and the repository is where a release will appear.
Using the site
You may read, link to, quote with attribution, and share these pages. You may not:
- use the site in a way that impairs its availability or security for others
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- scrape it in a manner that places an unreasonable load on it
- present its content as your own, or in a way that suggests endorsement by Dpro GmbH
Automated access for search indexing and for AI assistants is welcome within those limits — see /robots.txt and /llms.txt.
Accuracy and availability
The content is prepared with care, but no guarantee is given for its currency, accuracy or completeness. Content may be changed, supplemented or removed without prior notice, and the site may be unavailable at any time. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or professional advice.
Several pages on this site discuss data protection law, the EU AI Act and sector-specific obligations. Those passages describe how the software is designed and how we read the rules; they are not legal advice, and they are not a substitute for advice on your own circumstances.
Liability
Liability for damage arising from the use or non-use of this site is excluded, except where the conduct was intentional or grossly negligent, and except for damage to life, body or health. Statutory rights of consumers under Austrian and EU law are unaffected by this section.
Third-party links
This site links to external websites over whose content we have no influence, and responsibility for that content rests with the respective operator. At the time of linking, no unlawful content was apparent. Where we become aware of a legal violation, we remove the link concerned without delay.

Text, images and design on this site created by Dpro GmbH are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or exploitation beyond the limits of copyright requires written consent. Third-party marks — the platform and model names shown on these pages — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products, not to claim any association with them.

How this site handles personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For disputes with businesses, the competent court is that of the registered office of Dpro GmbH in Vienna. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply, and mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be amended. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
