Drive it from your assistant
Tel-Agent ships an MCP server, so an assistant you already use can operate it in plain language - read what happened on the phone, and tell it what to do next.
- Read call records, transcripts and logs, and ask what happened on a given day.
- Place a call to a number and give the agent the job to carry out on it - confirm an appointment, chase an invoice, take an order.
- Run a campaign across a list of contacts, and get back who answered, who did not, and what each one said.
- Change how the agent behaves - its script, its hours, which channels it answers.
